Dean worked me in several weeks earlier than first offered to go over with me what I wanted done, and then he made sure to fit the job in when I mentioned I had family coming for a visit. On the day of appointment there were some delays but Dean stepped up and came himself to make sure the work got done and I would not have to miss work. They ended up covering more projects than we had originally discussed (an hour more labor and some materials Dean supplied)-- including installing new deadbolts and locks-- and they did an amazing job with everything I wanted done.
