"I cannot say enough good things about this company. Nathan was here on time, was courteous, hard working, had incredible attention to detail, got everything fixed, and all at a very reasonable price. We have a historic home and nothing is ever an â easyâ fix. The broken pipe was behind some cedar shakes on the porch and not only did he quickly identify where the leak was, but he carefully removed the cedar shakes, fixed the pipes, and put them back in perfect condition. I just knew we would have to replace the shakes taken off and paint them, but he did an amazing job and we didnâ t have to do a thing. One of the faucets had gotten plugged up and he was able to get that taken apart and put back together, working perfectly. Itâ s a real accomplishment to get things back to the way they were before, but Nathan made everything better. He went the extra mile by putting in better insulation and caulking to keep as much air away from the pipes as possible. I would give him ten stars if I could. We are so glad that we found him on Angiâ s and we now have a great plumber to call on in the future."

"I had a break in my main water service line (from the meter to the house). They attempted to perform the lowest-cost repair first (snaking a new line through the existing pipe); when that failed, they dug out a new line and installed PEX from the meter. The folks I worked with were professional and very good about keeping me in the loop about their work status. At all steps of the way, I felt like they were doing their best to do things the right way rather than the quickest; they took additional steps such as making sure the PEX mating to the house occurred inside (i.e., where it was accessible) and installed a new ball valve, which would save us considerably in the future if we had a failure again. Working with them, I had confidence that they were doing their best to do this repair in the least expensive way possible; it was only when circumstances proved prohibitive that they moved to the more expensive option (running the new line). They also made sure to set us up with a temporary repair when it was clear that there was going to be a delay getting the boring equipment to dig the new line; I really appreciated that they took the time to make sure we were taken care of."

"We highly recommend AFS for waterproofing a crawlspace. AFS encapsulated our crawlspace on our new construction home and installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawlspace. The install crew (Tim - Foreman, Trent, CJ and John) was very prompt, courteous and professional. They explained everything about their work, and thoroughly cleaned up the worksite. Tim returned a few days later to finish up after our electrical outlets were installed and to make sure everything was working properly. Our salesman Reid was also excellent to work with.
