"Our experience with Buckeye State Roofing was consistent with the other Positive reviews. A positive first impression on initial contact was that Brent actually answered the phone rather than our call going to voicemail like most other roofing contractors we attempted to contact. This was consistent for all subsequent phone calls we made to Brent as well. We appreciated his responsiveness. Brent came out within a couple of days to survey the scope of the project (residence and pole barn), and he explained how the process would work in conjunction with our insurance. He explained what materials would be used and what aspects of the replacement roof would be different/upgraded from the old roof. Because we had wind damage, and one area completely missing shingles, causing leakage, Brent had one of his crew stop by and put up a temporary covering until they could schedule the work. We were pleased that the work was able to be scheduled about a week sooner than the original estimate. The entire job – two buildings – was completed in two days. The work crew arrived very early in the morning, and was professional, efficient, and polite. As mentioned in other reviews, the cleanup was very thorough. We are very pleased with our new roofs, and with the entire experience of working with Buckeye State Roofing. We would recommend them without reservation."

"It was a very organized crew. They arrive at 8:30 am & were done at 3:30 pm the same day. It was a complete tear down of a single layer of asphalt shingle roof. They put down rain/ice guard, new layer of felt. Flashed the valleys & chimney as well. The crew of about 10 men has at least 5 exceptional craftsmen to put on the architecture shingles. They were all Ohioans who just spoke English. They listen to my concerns. They were all very courteous. They clean up & remove all the old roofing material. Did several swept with magnet picking up any missed nails. I only found 1 nail they missed. Not bad at all! They pick up even little pieces. Nothing was found on my neighbor's side either. It took several weeks for them to come out & do the roof. But they are very busy. They have a lot of jobs to schedule. Also have to work around the weather & emergency job to prioritize. Definingly worth the wait The price is good too. They work out of Lorain,Ohio But they do some work in Cleveland too."

"I Needed 3 layers of old shingles removed and a new roof put up. These guys were very professional. They put up new sheathing, shingles, and new soffit. I did have to have them come out one more time to finish the soffit on the corners, but they came quickly and finished up while I was at work. The new roof looks great!"

"I went on home advisor for a pro to repair our roof, Jarrad called right away and made an appointment to inspect it, came the following day to do an assessment for it. We were very impressed with him, we asked if he did other work, and he did we also hired him for our kitchen ceiling and we have more work planned for him in the spring of next year.
