"We had a 3:00 appointment but Jeff called and had finished a previous job earlier than expected.  I was happy that he could come sooner and he arrived promptly and went to work.  I stated that I would like to clean behind the dryer once he had it pulled away from the wall.  He suggested he pull it out so I could clean and he would proceed with the other work.  He did that and I was able to clean before he was ready to clean the dryer vent.  He is very professional in his work and did an excellent job.  He also cleaned up the job site including the yard at the exit site of the dryer vent.  This was the first time I had Jeff since he took over the business.  I would definitely call him again and highly recommend his work."

Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. The plumbers could not free the nuts from the faucet & I recommended they just cut it out. The only small issue we had was that they came to our house much later than promised. In their defense they were repairing a major leak in someone's basement & they wanted to clean up before arriving."
