"Read reviews on Angies List and called him for the above jobs.  He came out Friday and gave me an estimate which included all parts (I had a new mailbox, but not the post or concrete ) and labor.  Said he would be here between 8-8:30 A. M  on Monday.  He arrived at 8:10 and installed a new fan motor in  my bathroom exhaust fan (saving me $88-the cost of a replacement fan).  Then his helper came and took out the old mailbox & dug the hole and set the post for the new one.  Then they were both on the roof repairing our gutter/downspouts.  They then came inside and removed my bannister railing.  He patched the holes while the other man installed the new mailbox.  They then drilled and positioned the bannister into the actual wall studs, added two new brackets, After the bannister was reattached he went to the store with a sample of the paint and came back and painted the patched holes in the stairwell.  We have a 160 year old house with plaster walls and 11 foot ceilings and repairs are seldom simple. There are 18 steep steps in the stairway so its a long railing.  Bob was great....they were cleaned up and gone by 12:30 or so.  Everything went smooth...they are clean, neat, and know what they are doing.  I would hire him again without hesitation,  In fact I plan to do just that when I have another short list of things to do."

"We had another plumber come out & they were unable to correct a leak in our kitchen faucet. That plumber recommended we buy a new faucet, which we did. Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. The plumbers could not free the nuts from the faucet & I recommended they just cut it out. The only small issue we had was that they came to our house much later than promised. In their defense they were repairing a major leak in someone's basement & they wanted to clean up before arriving."

They transformed the first floor of our home, including the kitchen, from an extremely dated look to a very modern look and all at a very reasonable price. They painted our cabinets inside and out with new pulls and hinges and it looks fantastic. It saved us from getting new or refaced cabinets. They seek solutions that are common sense and within a budget. They had great suggestions for our project including helping us pick paint colors. The work is outstanding. The textured ceiling repair and painting was remarkable. They start the job and stay on the job until complete. They do not work on multiple projects at the same time. They barely took any time for lunch. They are personable and easy to work with. They truly exceeded our expectations. We will use them for more projects. We highly recommend their services. "Our shower was causing a slow drip leak to our kitchen below. We had several plumbers and contractors out to diagnose the problem, but none could really find or fix the root of the problem. Matt diagnosed it correctly and fixed the issue for us. I was so impressed with Matt that I hired him to do repair and replace our back porch/three-season room. Matt completely tore off and replaced the roof, tore off and replaced the railing (which was rotted through), replaced the storm door that was broken, replaced a post that was rotted, repaired the cement, and repaired the gutter. It was a lot of work, and Matt is one guy, so it took a bit longer than if he had a team of guys, but he did a great job. Very happy with his work."
