For example, Mr. Keith spent a considerable amount of time taking "before" and "after" photos of the roof. He then used these photos to discuss and patiently explain his estimate, the scope of work required, the materials recommended, and finally, the end result. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process! In accordance with the contract, Keith and Company prepped all areas where indicated on both my front porch and the main flat roof. The workmen then installed new modified Bitumen rubber across the entire flashing of the front porch where it joins the front wall of my home. They also installed new rubber on the vents, on the main roof vent flashings, and around the entire skylight and other areas where needed. "Extremely well from beginning to end. The written estimate (one of 3) was provided by David Rohrer on 11/25/19 a day or two after an on-time visit to determine my need, measure the windows and explain product choices as well as the process from start to end. After obtaining all 3 estimates, I chose Unicorp on 11/27/19 based on price, product (Vytex vinyl) and most importantly...past experience (Roof, Front Entry-way). The manufacturer's rep (Mike) came on 12/10/19 to measure more precisely and a mid-January 2020 installation was projected. Several calls to keep me updated were made by the installation team/manufacturer's scheduler and installation was scheduled for 01/22/20. The installation team was a 1/2-hour early (7:30am) and thereby was able to complete all the work on a sunny, mid-40 degree day with little wind as darkness closed in. The 3-man installation team team was professional, courteous and careful with both interior and exterior, landscaping, etc., and thoroughly cleaned up the premises, inside and out. The window installation also had to be timed with my home security vendor, both before and after installation and the window crew did was very careful to avoid creating problems. The windows look great, function as promised (mechanically and insulation-wise) and the +$18k was well spent. I highly recommend Unicorp for home energy services (windows, roofing, doors) and if I ever needed siding I would go with them again."

"My overall experience with Ribba Construction was great and I am happy I selected them for my project. Because of the damaging winds 7 months ago (March 2018) and a terribly wet 2018 summer; the demand for roofers is crazy outrageous. With shortage of roofers and constant inclement weather, some roofing companies were 60 days out just to have an estimate appointment and another 6-8 weeks from the time a contract was signed before work could start. Some roofing companies imposed a contract minimum of $2,500. Other roofing companies were not **** small leak roof repairs, instead they were only doing entire roof replacements. I literally worked my way from the A’s on Angie’s List down to the R’s. Along that journey, many of the vendors I contacted just did not care about my active leak as it was to small of a job as described or my job did not meet their new criteria for work. I was happy when I contacted Ribba Construction as the scheduler showed concern about my project and the active leak issue despite the job being smaller than usual. Ribba sent HB to take a look at the problem. HB arrived as scheduled and was friendly and professional. He provided a timely estimate when promised. He even took pictures to show me his findings as I am not going onto a steep pitched roof 3 stores high to inspect damage. Through the years of owning the house, I have had several roofing company do some inspections/estimates/maintenance/repair work on my roof, but this is the first time anyone took time to alert me to a potential unrelated roofing problem which is not visible unless you are on the roof. HB alerted me to a 3” wide pipe full of water. To me it appeared to be a plumbing stack pipe, but later it was determined that it was a dead end pipe that went from the roof down 3 stores to the basement. The builder left the pipe opening exposed to rain and for 18+ years collecting rain water, and now it was overflowing at the top of the pipe on the roof. Just 1 day later after HB showed me the roof problems and the vent pipe full of water; another roofing company came and gave me an estimate for repair work. This company said nothing about the overflowing vent pipe or missing shingles HB had found. I even gave them a change to fess up and asked the about the condition of my vent pipes. I was told all was well on the roof, and that all I needed to stop leaks some caulking. I am so thankfully, HB took time to alert me to an unrelated problem. The HB carefully and thoughtfully performed the work. I am happy with the results and believe others can benefit from the honesty and hard work from those employed by Ribba Construction."
