"This company is Amazing! My husband and I needed to replace our 20 year old roof. We had heard so many great things about Certified, Inc., and their great customer service and quality of work; so we called. The crew was so friendly and knowledgeable and before they left they made sure the yard was completely cleaned up and that we were happy with the installation. I would recommend this company to anyone..they are no pressure, they took the time explain everything and they are honest! Thank you so much..I love my roof!"

"Certified roofing did very well. They were the first to respond to my Angi query. Tim was smart, quick, and had an excellent work ethic. We had a slight miscommunication on what the job entailed, which is being cleared up as we speak. I would definitely hire them again."

"The staff kept me informed of every detail. Once the crew started working there was someone there to supervise the entire process and make sure things ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed that they were so honest about what needed to be done - saying my garage didn't need a new roof at this time - I had both done so they would match. Several months later when I had a small problem they were very responsive and came right out and took care of it. I would recommend them to anyone, and am planning on having a skylight installed this spring!

"We used Mike Bennett of Springfield Roofing because we trust him. He's been their in the past when we needed him and we wouldn't go anywhere else because of him. He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. Great job, thanks Mike and Springfield Roofing!"

"Called and set an appointment within 10 minutes of my repair request. Bob Decheubel, left nothing undone! At the time of estimate, he had already restored my gutters without prompting or even asking. Set an appointment for a Saturday, early, and although he arrived sooner than expected he simply waited until the appropriate time to approach my door. The work seemed effortless to him, wouldn't accept a water break. His pricing was within boundaries or parameters and I definitely, without hesitation always contact Reliable Roofing, Inc."

"H Forrest repaired broken mortar on my nearly 75-year-old brick home and rebuilt a chimney that had allowed water to enter the house. Henry’s team also replaced a rubber roof covering our front porch. They do excellent work and are very good about explaining what they recommend and why. We have another project planned for this fall or next spring and I plan to use them again."

"We needed to get the gutters, downs and wood trim done. We ended up doing all that and a new roof as well. Project came off great, could not possibly be happier. Excuse the quality of the 2 enclosed pics, that's on me. Their work was phenomenal and fast and clean. Again, could not possibly happier. HIGHLY recommend."

"The JWHI technicians did a great job with my list of repairs. They were professional and communicated well. Would absolutely hire again."

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Roof & window we're repaired immediately. They showed up the following day after my initial call and provided an accurate estimate. Work commensed right after I signed the contract. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem. Once an acceptable match was found; the work was completed promptly and correctly. Every effort was made to satisfy me (the customer) and they succeeded. I would hire them again for future needs."
