"Was given price to repair the area that needed repairs and was told that repairs would take place the following week,. representative took a piece of old material with to match, gave me his business card and said he would get back to me. this was on Friday morning. I was expecting a call back on Monday at least by the end of day. I called Representative on Tuesday and was told a match was found and repairs would be done the next day which was Wednesday. No one showed up on Wednesday so I called Representative at 4:30 pm and left a voice message. I tried to call again on Thursday at 1:30 pm and left another voice mail. Still did not get a call back. Friday morning at 8:30 am I again tried to call and got voice mail. This time I did not leave a message. Representative has not attempted to contact me. "

"It was the middle of February when we had the itch to do a project. It was a big project, requiring skilled hands. Like we were taught, we received 3 bids for the project and accepted the bid from the guy who said he would do the most work for the least amount of money. All three bids were relatively close in nature and all three men were kind, but at the end of the day we did not choose Level Up Construction. We would later regret that decision. After three months and a poor product from the other contractor, we hung our head and contacted Level Up construction. We got a new bid right away with the assurance that no job was too big. We apologized for not going with the company that had raving reviews, and we were deeply thankful that Level Up construction agreed to take the job and do the best they could considering the poor workmanship of the previous contractor. Also, they completed the work for a very reasonable and humble price considering that they could have really jacked the price, as they knew of our desperation at this point. Professional, quick, on time, responsive to texts, and they left the property way better than they found it. Overall, Level Up Construction took a bad situation and helped to make it manageable. We still have the sting from not going with them originally. We will not make that mistake again. We have multiple projects in the future, and we will be using Level Up Construction for all of them. Thank you to the great work of the team."

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Turtle Roofing, and especially Daythan Prusia. Daythan was working with a neighbor down the street, and was going by knocking on doors to see if anyone else was needing roof work done, and boy did I. My roof was old and got really beat up by the hail storms in April 2024. I immediately felt that Daythan was there to help me through the whole process, and he really did. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that, as I'm a fairly new homeowner and have never gone through anything like this. He helped me call and report the claim with my insurance company, he was there when the Adjuster came out to do his inspection, and made sure I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were. Most importantly, he was always accommodating and helpful, even when I had multiple mishaps/issues with getting the claim checks from my insurance company and getting them endorsed by and sent back from my mortgage company. I know that I must have been a real pain as it took until February 2025 to get my bill fully paid thanks to the issues with the checks, but Daythan never stopped being understanding and continued to advise me during the whole process. While I hope that I don't need to repair my roof any time soon, haha, I know that I'll call up Daythan and Turtle Roofing and they'll take care of me in no time!"

"Marvin and his guys did a great job on my 100 year old stucco house. Hail had pitted the stucco , brick work on the front porch needed some tuckpointing. While they were here he noticed the chimney was not very secure. They will finish painting my house as soon as it is warm enough to paint. Overall I am very pleased with their work."
