That same day, he was able to remove the window (plus siding), replace the exterior plywood, re-install insulation, re-install the window properly, put back all the siding, and patch the interior drywall. A few days later he came to do the paint. He was great to work with, honest, kind, and the quality of work was top notch. We will trust him with any drywall issues in the future.
