"Initially it was horrible, they would schedule an appointment and be a no show.? They were instructed to keep my gates locked and someone had to be home and they showed up when no one was here.? they were not very thorough initially as far as being able to meet my needs and take care of things. I finally got the manager involved after submitting a very negative review. The regional manager finally called me and unfortunately had to sale my home and discontinue service.? I would call customer service and they would be polite and tell me they were sorry but would never get nothing done. It took them 3 scheduling to begin with before they would come out and do the yard. They would say one thing and then do another. They are a little expensive. I didn't see a huge difference in the quality of myself doing it vs theirs."

"Jon is an extraordinarily creative and skilled landscape designer. He is a pleasure to work with him. The grass in our front lawn had eroded away leaving exposed tree roots and a shaded space that would not support a lawn. He designed and implemented a very beautiful low light solution. He also installed a relatively inexpensive automatic watering system to sustain the new plants. There were unexpected obstacles that he resolved effectively and reflected his adaptability. We also had some drainage issues in the back yard. Jon rerouted the output from the downspouts underground to a different area of the yard. Jon and his staff worked very hard to realize the plan as designed."

They laid plastic on the floor so they could go in and out of the house without making a mess (though they should have laid it first rather than after a few trips back & forth with dirty shoes), and the work was done within the estimated time. ",The fence was done by Ifft fencing,who done an excellent job. Premier done the rest of the work.Some had to be done over, When all was said and done,it was a decent job.The main problem i had with premier was scheduling. You never knew when they were going to show up.In their defense,they had family health problems which did not help the situation. Now that i know them and know what to expect,i would try them again.I may be a little harsh in scoring them,as i have seen much bigger jobs they have done,that looked fine,but its up to me to judge other jobs. <br />"
