"I needed roll down shutters to protect my lanai and three sliding patio doors from storms. I got three or more quotes from various companies. I decided RollShield had the best quote and overall price. RollShield’s salesman Don answered my questions and even showed me shutters he had just installed on his house. I signed a contract. They showed up on schedule and installed the three shutters and did the electrical connections and switches. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They complected the installation in one day. The city permit inspection went great. The next night we had a tornado alert for our area. It was nice to just close the shutters and go to bed. "They are wonderful! They go above and beyond. The county inspector said that "these people go beyond". He said that those cages are the only ones that won't collapse in the wind because they use 16-18 bolts where others use 8. The inspector told us that other cages would collapse, but you could walk on top of the cage because it was so sturdy. The crew was very nice and professional. They charged a fair price for work that was far superior."

They were chosen to tear down and replace our screen enclosure by our pool remodeling contractor (Freestyle Pools- also great) who has been in the business for 35 years. That confidence by Freestyle proved to be well-founded since Pombo represented them well. Joey was very helpful and attentive to my expectations during and after the build. I would recommend Pombo whole-heartedly!!!"

"I just wanted to update a review with new information. We had picked Karoly to replace 4 hurricane impact patio glass sliders. Karoly did an excellent job & we were glad we picked him. The point of this update is the truest measure of any contractor you hire is how do they respond if there is an issue or problem, that when you really find out who you're dealing with. On one of the glass panels there was a slight defect, Karoly notified me (at the time I didn't even notice it) contacted the manufacturer, reordered a new panel and pursued the completion until we were happy. This proved to us we had in fact placed our trust in the right person and right company. I can not emphasize this enough Karoly can be trusted, his Company is very professional and you can't ask for better people to deal with. Hire someone else at your own risk or just go with a proven PRO- KAROLY"

"Absolutely fantastic from beginning to completion!! Premier Outdoor Living and Design handled everything and maintained excellent, frequent communication throughout the project. The design was better than I could have imagined and the price and timeline estimates were on target. All those that worked on the project to build the roof, add the shed, lay the pavers and stone columns/counter base the electrician and the plumbing company were courteous and professional. The landscape company working with Premier was also fantastic. Genuinely nice people that I trusted and felt comfortable with. Premier truly created the patio/backyard we had always dreamed of...Our own resort right here at home!
