Proline came out and made a very reasonable price to replace all the water lines with new PEX and they replaced all of my faucets with ones I had picked out. "I had a problem with my hot water heater’s pressure relief valve. I called Central Alabama Plumbing Services and they came out and took care of it for me. It was done exceptionally well and a great price. When I later found a leak in my basement coming down from the upstairs, I could not locate where it was coming from. Being pleased with the work and price Central Alabama Plumbing did I called them back. Chuck came out, found the leak which was coming from behind the wall in the kitchen from a pinhole in a copper pipe that carries water to the kitchen. He repaired the pipe and fixed the leak perfectly. I highly recommend and I’ll use them every time."

They were always on time, polite, and thoughtful. We felt comfortable to leave them in the house, but we met every morning to discuss the work on previous day. They did a fabulous job. On the top of that, for whatever concern we had, they also went the extra mile to address it. 
I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't. 
This is the second time we hired Al. We are sure that it will not be the last time. He not only earns our business, but also wins our heart. Highly recommended!!
