Quotes from other contractors were outrageously high, with a bunch of complicated add-ons. DiOrio builders found a solution at a price that made sense, they fixed exactly what needed fixing. They demolished the old structures, scraped the walls and ceiling, removed decades-old debris, sealed the foundation and put a bright white coating on the wall. Plus, once they removed all the debris, the air quality is much better in the upstairs of my house! I’m so happy they made my basement useable, and I will definitely be calling DiOrio Builders and Designers when it’s time to build a lounge down there."

"My place of business has a minor water leak that needed repair and siding. The back area had major structural water damage from previous rains and would leak when it rained. The siding was removed, the rotted wood was exposed, cut out and replaced. Along with proper sealing and water proofing, painting and re siding. Business was able to remain open and consideration was taken. The clean up was more than excellent and proficient. Not a single nail or scrap was left behind. We were so pleased with the work that we had them re-side the back of the house replace the hatchway ,and replace all the corner boards with azek trim. The crew are polite and neat always made sure to clean up at the end of each day. They are true craftsman . Mike is very good at keeping us informed about the job and start times .
