"Tile has been laid in kitchen and looks beautiful. Bathroom tile is next and carpet after that. Ryan and entire staff has been so helpful with ideas and always so prompt to respond when we had questions. We are extremely pleased with product and value."

"They do both commercial and residential carpeting and flooring.  They were excellent and I loved everything about them.  They were very professional and very punctual.  They moved my furniture and the service receipt for this was minimal.  They set it back up after they are done exactly the way I wanted them to.  The staff was excellent and pretty efficient.  I would use them again in the future."

"Our purple carpet had about 100 urine stains from previous dogs and our own. The specialist, Robert, matched to color and treated every spot. If we didn't know where they were, we'd never know they spots had been there. Perfect job!"

"Originally we had a little trouble finding the color of carpet that we wanted, but Reece Tile was able to locate a substitute that was acceptable and could be installed in a timely manner.  The carpet was ordered and came in promptly.  The installation of the carpet was excellent and the installer was able to take a piece of the used carpet to replace an area in the hallway.  Very satisfied with the product and installation."

"They have a very unique way of making an appointment. I went on the internet and made the appointment that way. You just click and tell them what you wanted done and when and they give you a price. The day they were supposed to come, I got a confirmation that they would be here and if that’s still okay. I was impressed because I didn’t have to get on the phone and talk to somebody. I do know that the young man changed the price while they were here. He lowered it. It was something about they did so many rooms for a certain price and my hallway qualified as a room. The work was very good. It was very quick, very neat. They did bedrooms and a big family room area and covered it all and got all the bad spots. They went back over one spot that needed an extra attention and got it taken care of. They weren’t here very long but the got the job done and done good. They cleaned up after themselves. I like the price. I was okay the original price. He looked at job and he said that this should have been priced out a little different. I was very happy with it."

"The services performed resulted in a very beautiful and functional game room area.  My wife and I are very pleased with the work.  Roger, his primary employee, Dave, and all of the sub contractors he used were outstanding.  For example, the texture blends and paint matches were exceptional.  The travertine floor is perfect.  Cabinets were of of good quality and as ordered.  The carpet was modified and replaced for a nice cost savings.  Our new room appears that it was always configured in its current state. Roger was very accessible, genuinely attempted to address all of our requests and was very easy to work with."

FAQs for carpet installation projects in Oologah, OK

Carpet rolls come in standard widths of 12 and 15 feet. Less commonly, you might find a roll 13.5 feet wide. There are no standard roll lengths, but they’ll have enough to cover almost any home.

You’ll need equal amounts of carpet padding and carpet. Carpet padding costs $200 to $500 for the average room. However, the padding is trimmed a couple of inches away from the wall on all sides to make room for tack strips. Most residential installs have padding, and professionals include this in their bids.

Often, the best carpet for basements doesn’t include a pad. You’ll find this mainly in humid areas or places with a high-water table.

One linear foot of carpet or other material is simply one foot measured in a straight line. You typically aren’t going to measure carpet this way. It’s quoted in square feet or square yards.

There are nine square feet in one square yard of carpet.

The amount of carpet you need to cover two rooms varies depending on the room size and configuration. Measure the floor space. Multiply width times length. Do this for both rooms and add the numbers together.

You’ll need between 80 and 110 square feet for 13 stairs. For unique stairwells, you might need more.

Measure indoor/outdoor carpet like you would any other area, taking the width times the length. For patios, make sure to add a couple extra inches to wrap around the edges. Indoor-outdoor carpets cost an average of $3.50 per square foot.

You’ll need enough carpet to cover the entire area of damage to avoid seams. For example, if you have a 4-inch tear in the middle of a hallway, you’ll want enough carpet to stretch from door to door or the next available seam. Depending on the type of carpet you have, you might be able to get a professional to do an invisible seam repair.

One square foot of carpet is one foot long by one foot wide.
