I called and he apologized for missing the appointment due to being stuck on a previous job (understandable)...so he reschedules with me for the next day. (I cordially agree) * Next day's appointment...again he did not show. I called and left a message on Martin's voicemail. He never called back. * I made several attempts to call again, but the calls never go through. * I can only assume that Martin has decided that the work I need is not worth his time...and I have wasted a week of my time with a man and his company who show little courtesy and low character towards a prospective client by not communicating with them. * I would have been fine if he had just told me he wasn't interested in looking at my property instead of stringing me along for over a week...only to end up ghosting me. Â"

"I am very disappointed with The Foundation Specialist. Their price quote was more than double that of a competitor, which raised concerns from the start. I canceled the contract within the 72-hour period as allowed under the Federal cooling-off rule, yet more than 10 days later they have failed to refund my $5,500 deposit. I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

"Very well ! Michael and his crew ( 5) all are very polite, professional and detail oriented in their work assignment. The crew worked all day with Michael's supervision, and asked us of any concern or questions that we might have. I read great reviews prior to engaging them - their collaboration with each member of the group has proven their professionalism. I waited 2 weeks to write this review in order to observe if any leaks or other concern that might arise. Prior to the start of the workday the crew covered all areas that might be soiled while they work & at the end of the day they cleaned the space thoroughly . This proves their professionalism. They started & finsihed the work within the specified time period mentioned by Michael Addisen.
