"Doug Spohn was recommended by the architect we had design the remodel/addition. The first thing that stood out to me was his punctuality. He said he would be over at 10:00 to look it over for bidding, and when he saw he would be about 5 minutes late, he called to let us know he was running a little late. He submitted his bid when he said he would, with the right amount of detail. He detailed the bid in order to allow me to do some of the work and save some money. Changes and additions during the job were made without adding on any additional charges other than the material.  From day one on the job, he was here to get the workers started and checked on them frequently. His subcontractors were great. They were all very professional, courteous and respectful. The job was finished when he said it would be. He was great choice, and we now have a friend in Doug. I would recommend him to everyone.

They recommended a plan of action along with a timeline and repair costs. The work progressed in a timely fashion. "This job went great. Justin and Mike started early and finished the job in one day. This small bathroom remodel involved removing the water heater, toilet, sink and removing and replacing three layers of wet sub floor. New high quality LVP floor was installed over new sub flooe, tub was brought back to level and all fixtures were re-installed. Great job, done correctly in a timely manner. Definitely will hire again."

They were friendly and focused on the task, patched two significant holes in ceiling (due to light fixtures being moved). I was a little disappointed with the texture product they brought for the job, but I do understand the difficulty in matching a textured ceiling look in repair. It was a special deal and was a good value for the price.
