He explains each step from demolition to installation and doesn’t leave the job completed until YOU are satisfied. He provided my wife and I photos of a dozen tiles for us to chose from. Included in his very affordable price was bringing our chosen tiles and cement and grout with him. He works neatly and takes care to leave the surrounding area and surfaces the way they were when he began the service. I've even filed insurance claims with contractors insurance! I'm in the middle of my 4th and the floor had to be replanked. My contractors floor man did such a horrible job, I texted pix, said redo it, it looks like sh-t. The redo was worse. A top fabricator referred Marcus. BEAUTIFUL JOB. He is on time, reliable, a perfectionist and quotes extremely reasonable prices. He's such a pleasure. to deal with I tipped him! "Worst place ever and even expensive! Bought a big mirror for a new house. They glued a U metal part in the back to be used to hang the mirror. We screwed the other part on the wall and we hang the mirror. Went back to the house after 2 days and mirror was broken on top of the vanity, vanity destroyed, one of the faucets broken. What happened? The metal part they glued behind the mirror got detached , mirror was too heavy to be hold by such a tiny metal glued with silicone! Showed them the pictures and a video, they insisted it was properly done. They refused to refund the $200 paid. We have called them many times after , they did not answer any of the calls. They are lucky nobody got hurt, owner would be in jail and please closed if that happened. Bought same mirror in tropical glass done the proper way for $160 (20% less). Still thinking on suing them for all damages, we have everything documented. Avoid this place!!! Tropical glass is better and cheaper!"
