He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Excavation ran into an unexpected mass of concrete which they cut and cracked to remove. There was no extra payment requested for the extra work performed. There has been a wet spot in the basement for as long as I have owned the house. The day after AAA finished work the wet spot is dry. Crew was courteous and pleasant to work with. Recommend."

"Excellent! I called them and they responded within 10min. They inspected my drain outside of the egress window in a day. A day later they cut the concrete, put a sump pump in the basement. They were right on time. We had several contractors come before and they said “we cannot doing anything”, “shop vac the drain”. They are quiet. And they replaced the dry wall and it cosmetically beautiful. I recommend highly."

"With the recent snow melt and the rain we are having this may be a timely recommendation. I hope you don’t have this need, but if you do I would like to recommend Master Service Company. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point.
