"Micahela answered our call at 7 am. Our central AC had stopped during the night. She was very professional and polite. Had us scheduled for a 11 AM call outvery quickly. Nathan showed up as our Tech. He was quick and let me watch him go thru our system. Nathan knew his stuff and quickly showed me what was wrong and got us up again and running. It was clear our 25 year old system was on it's last legs and Nathan hook me up to his sales rep. Tim was also very professional and easy to talk to. Tomorrow we are replacing the complete system. I highly recommend this company."

"I have had Serranos heating and cooling at my house multiple times from central ac work to gas heat with everything from service to repair. The owner and employees are very courteous, informative and well put together. I always know more about my systems when they leave and their pricing is always very fair even though I am pretty far out. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"MY AC was out for three weeks and the company that the warranty company assigned me to did not know what they were doing. They wanted unsafe modifications made to my attic to get the unit in. After unbelievable frustration I was able to get the warranty company to switch me over to Armer. Within one week they installed my new system. No modifications were needed. They were all nice and communication was great. The two young men that installed did a great job and a month later, I have AC running. Thank you for coming in and making this happen!"

"A 4-ton SEER 13 single-speed compressor and corresponding single-speed air mover was replaced with a SEER 21 with a two stage compressor and variable speed air mover. Everything could not have gone any smoother. The various specialists came on time with little gap between one completing and the next one starting. The basic installation, consisting of system leak test, removing the old system and installing the new system was completed in 5 hours. A subsequent duct cleaning, new pressure test and QC audit was equally efficiently done. All workers were polite, professional and cleaned up any dropped installation. All packing and the old system was removed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
