"I did my homework before making the trip to a home and garden show. I had a list of three companies I wanted to stop by and speak to. I had already checked the list on Angie s List and the BBB. First, I stopped by the booth for Mountain Fresh and spoke to Kahlan O'Hara regarding our interest. Our 5 year condo was pre-plumb, and we were so tired of the hard water. Kahlan gave me a ball park figure of what to expect. I then went to the other two companies and neither had anything to say, just leave your name and we will call you to schedule an appointment. We met with Kahlan at the time previously scheduled (ontime). Kahlan was great to work with. The meeting only took and hour because we had a good idea of what we wanted and Kahlan whet into full detail at the Home Show. We scheduled the installation of the unit when we would be home during the week. The team of two was on time and one installed the RO and drilled the countertop and one installed the water softener and conditioner in the garage. It took less than two hours. They then explained the operation to us. We noticed a difference right away."
