"Hired this pro to reinstall a loose tile soap/cloth unit. He asked for a pic so he could give me an estimate. The first pic is the before pic. I failed to notice before he left but noticed a couple hours later that he reinstalled it upside down as the second photo shows. When I texted him he tried to say it was how the unit was when he came and thought it was how I wanted it installed. When I reminded him of the before pic and asked if he could come and fix it the next day he stopped responding. Such a tiny job. So poorly done and did not offer to fix it. The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."
