"Plenty of time and input provided to assist decision making. For installers, drilling through concrete walls; for owners, elegant and dependably trouble free window treatments. Early on, business owner returned once to tweak system - prompt, efficient, courteous."

"Pricing and selection was very clear, we were looking at several window manufacturers they helped provide clear differences between the major brands and easy to understand pricing. We decided on two to get exactly what we wanted and Karoly was very helpful. Office was very easy to work with and always answered the phone with helpful answers to questions. Only issue we had was work was suppose to take 5 days and ended up dragging out more days over a couple weeks. But this was a huge job and expected some hiccups. The windows needed no paint inside or out with great finishing. Workers courteous and clean."

"The product (the output) is great. I am very happy with the construction. Dan is the one who came out to spec the job and give the estimate. He estimated about $6500. He called me back about 3 days later and let me know that its going to be more around $7500-$8000. I provided a picture and told Dan that I wanted the structure to "look" exaactly like the picture. We discussed materials and I understood I couldn't use the exact materials. When Dan was at my home I asked him about the 10% coupon on his Angie's List page and he said it was definitely applicable to my job.Upon receiving his formal estimate I noticed that he only gave me a 5% discount. . I called him and he explained the other 5% was already built in( Red Flag #1). Dan contacted me a couple of days later to let me know he wanted me to be happy and would apply another 5%.. . .When the building was completed I took the picture out and asked Thomas where the window boxes were. He replied ""they were not in the budget" I was upset about this because I was clear on my design.I decided to write to Dan. He answered me in an email and said that the law in the state of Flordia does not allow window boxes. The next day I called the permit office and the person who hands out the permits could not stop laughing. I spoke with Dan again and the story all changed.  (Red Flag #2) It was Friday afternoon and Dan came to my home to pick up his final check. He said they could build the window boxes for $100 and he told me I could let him know on Monday. More to the story is that we needed to buy some things for the shed, air conditioner, flood light. When the electrician opened the box for the flood light he found that the socket was broken. In an effort to pass the final inspection they installed the broken flood light and told me that Thomas would come back to replace it. After my expereinces with Dan, I felt I would prefer to work directly with Thomas. I reached out to Dan on Monday and told him that I would like the opportunity to discuss the window boxes with Thomas when he was here to replace the flood light. Dan's email response was "You will need to pay for a second trip out". I found his demeanor had changed since he now had his last check. I told Dan to just forget it. I was happy not to deal with hi anymore. <br /> I want to say that I am very happy with the construction, Thomas and Jay were excellent. They were prompt, cleaned up and made good suggestions. I felt comfortable having them in my home. <br /> As far as they rest of it goes. If you don't have integrity in your word, you have nothing. Anyone who finds the need to continue to "clarify or say that emails are misconstrued" needs to be watched carefully. I would suggest takng a check list and holding Dan accountable since he's the sales person. OR ask to meet with Thomas BEFORE you sign. <br /> Be clear, itemize and make sure you get what you want"

"Since we live over 2 hours away we were hoping to find someone we could trust to handle all aspects of renovation and care of the property. David and his wife have gone above and beyond our expectation and we highly recommend them for any project. All work has been done to our satisfaction and all sub contract work has been closely monitored by David. He is also very diligent in acquiring the best price even if it means taking his time to meet with several people for bids. In addition his rates are reasonable and fair. They have been very easy to work with and have been great about working with our time schedule in terms of doing things gradually at our pace. They were also helpful in the planning process bringing expertise of construction and design to help in decision process. We are very grateful to still be working with them to complete our second floor and other projects in the future. <br />"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Orange Lake, FL

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
