We were ready to replace our roof and were provided sample brochures to select our color from. Tom answered all our questions concerning differences and warranties available. The ELO office and Tom provided us with timely notifications of when our materials were to be ordered and a request to verify the colors just to be sure there were no mistakes. The materials were on site in a week, with a dumpster. The crew showed up just like they scheduled with us and performed the removal and reinstall in two days. We actually had a tropical storm come through mid Project and the owner came and secured the job site by removing the dumpster and the flatbed that had our old metal roof panels on it.
