"Excellent!! Highly recommended!! I was not able to choose the specific project. Based on the other reviews, it seems to be all of the above. Rosales Waterproofing did the most excellent job waterproofing my basement and the foundation of my home. My house feels and smells healthier because of the caring work they did. I am very grateful to Home Advisor for connecting me with Mr. Rufino Rosales. I am very thankful to Mr. Rosales for his expertise. I spoke with several waterproofing representatives. He exceeded them all in every way. His knowledge, intuitiveness, experience, straightforwardness, and his genuine kindness were matchless. Thank you GOD for sending Rosales Waterproofing my way!!!"

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"I couldn't be happier with AK Waterproofing! Jose and another young man were here on time and had to return the next day to finish up. They worked on my basement a total of 18 hrs with only a short break for lunches. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up when the job was complete. I highly recommend AK Waterproofing and Jose!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Review for Vasquez Waterproofing Vasquez Waterproofing did an outstanding job installing a French drain in both my front and back yards, and they also tackled some pretty extensive water damage around my front bay window. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the entire project was completed in just two days — super efficient. Big shoutout to Jack for his excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, timelines were kept, and the worksite was left clean. I’d absolutely recommend Vasquez Waterproofing for any drainage or water damage projects. In fact, I’m already in talks with them about another job. Solid team, great results."

"From reaching out to Angiâ s List regarding my basement flooding, to receiving four credible businesses for me to pick from, to selecting Aquaguard. The entire process was transparent (walk through, analysis, quote, to the actual crew. I recommend Aquaguard to anyone experiencing a leak or just want to proof your home before you complete your basement. This is your one stop shop!!!"

"Lowcountry Foundation Repair came highly recommended by our contractor and they did not disappoint. The team was AMAZING! Super responsive, professional, very hard working and diligent. The team worked clean and did a gorgeous job on our crawlspace encapsulation. Alex and his team (Francis & Dedric) were THE BEST.
