"1. the service tech -showed up as scheduled, very professional and really showed he enjoys his job . I ask the tech some questions on one appliance while he fixed the dryer and was very helpful on his advice and possible solutions to the problem I was having with my dish washer. 2. the tech was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my driver and fixed the problem quickly. 3. the tech also went over both the service and part warranty I felt the price paid for the service call and part was reasonable, usually when a service or contractor comes into our development I see a repair bill very high and unreasonable THANK YOU REIMER APPLIANCE REPAIR"

"Thomas (the technician) quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and recommended a replacement part. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend Neli as a low cost alternative to expensive appliance repairs."

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."

"VERY professional and quick! Knew the ins and outs of what he was doing when installing my gas appliance and explained them to us. Had he not, we could have been very confused. He also was reasonably priced and I recommend to anyone needing some help!"

"Angel Cruz and crew were extremely prompt in following up and providing an estimate on a siding patch above a new patio install. After trying to get a response from my previous siding contractor for months, Angel reported in the same day I contacted him and worked up an estimate within 24 hrs. The job was priced out and completed literally within 3 days... amazing. The work was done punctually, expertly, and with professional attention to detail, cleaning up the site afterwards. I highly recommend this young man and his company. I was so favorably impressed I decided to hire him next year for a shed construction."
