He showed up right on time for the appointment and after I showed him the broken pocket door and explaining that I wanted all the hardware to be replaced including the top track. He wanted to make sure about the quality of the top track I like him to buy, so gave him my specification that is to get an aluminium track and 3 wheel rollers, I was tired of spending money to repair every year. He called me the night before to make sure I will be home. He showed up on time to start the work. I told him here you are, I will be in my home office, when done just call me. So, took a little longer that I expected it, because of wall sheathing being plaster board, but when he called me and went to see the completed project, to my surprise, he had completed the job and just about ready to paint the access opening of the wall - which you need to open to replace the track. He charged me exactly what we verbally agreed and I was very happy that after so many years of search and work with so many handyman, I finally found a professional and honest person who respected the verbal contract and did not charge me more for the extra unexpected site issues. Garry has very good communication skills and keeps you updated with the schedules and appointments via cell phone. I will recommend him to anyone for a small or medium projects. "It took a very long time to get a bid, almost three weeks and I had to contact him again in order to get it. We had a miscommunication regarding contact on one of the days of the job. The work was good, though we had to have him come back out to repair the latch on the gate he installed. He came out right away and took care of it promptly."

We had at least three large life challenges that created delays of close to a year. Bruce was patient, and polite, and patient, and patient, and polite as we worked through some delays to finally get ready for the work to be done. When the day finally arrived they did exactly what they said they would in less time than was anticipated. One of the team, Tom, came in after the power was back on and replaced three receptacles in the house. <br /> <br /> Tom was thorough and professional.
