"I had to have them back out and redo the tile. We've already replaced the nuts and bolts in the drawers that were falling out."

"Jeff was a fast worker who made short work of replacing about 40 feet of decking. He was careful and considerate and saved us the trouble of disposing the replaced boards. Since we paid for 2 hours of handyman services Jeff pointed out that we had time remaining. Jeff walked around the property and give us some practical advice about repairs we could do without spending a lot of money. Jeff also gave us a quote for replacing the screening on our porch which seemed to be quite resonable. In short, he was competant., knowledgable and personable and we would not hesitate to hire him for other projects.

"Excellent job done. Courteous and friendly. Called to confirm time they were coming. I felt it was a fair repair cost after completion. Also provided suggestions for future use on faucet parts in bathroom sink, which he also cleaned for me."

"Great! Atkinson Maintenance kept in contact with me through the whole process, he let me know what I needed and got it done right away! I did not have to wait for him to come and give me a quote or fix the problem!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Cain was friendly, kind, and professional. I had such a small "honey-do" list, but he treated me with as if I had a remodeling contract with him! HBC is providing such a needed service to those of us who need minor repairs done around the house and we can't do them on our own. Now, I know who to call, and that will be HBC!"

"His work was not bad. Everything he said he was going to do he did and was done satisfactory. However I have tried contacting him at least 6 times about the paint to touch up the deck and have gotten zero response. He said he didn't have any left over and that I needed to purchase a gallon. We wanted to make sure that the color is still the same and we just needed him to order and we would pick it up. He said the paint was from Sherwin Williams, we contacted 3 different locations and he does not have an account there. I'm just disappointed that he won't return my calls. I feel like I'm being avoided."

"Tim was amazing. He scheduled the work promptly and well within the time we needed. He was super professional and easy to work with. He was responsive to all of my questions and ensured that I made the best decisions for my situation. The price was more than reasonable and the quality of the work coupled with the service we received made the price seem even better. He stands behind his work and from my experience can do so confidently knowing it was done right. A pleasure to work with and I have and will continue to use him and would highly recommend Welcome Home Contacting!"

"Excellent company, punctual, polite, honest and finished the job beyond my satisfaction, went above and beyond and even repaired more than what was asked and paid for. I can’t rave enough about this company. Definitely will hire for future needs!"
