"This is my second time in about 2.5 years working with Rick C. at Macadams Flooring & Design. Our project included tile, hardwood flooring, and carpet. MF&D are very professional, valuable guidance, good advice and are human. They listen well, work tight deadlines, and they are problem solvers. Great communications coming from all the teams... Overall, a really great experience and value. Andre M., their tile expert, was outstanding. He arrived exactly on time, came fully prepared, and demonstrated exceptional skill and focus throughout the job. His work ethic truly stood out, Andre takes pride in what he does and it shows. "We dealt with Koeber's in the past when replacing bathroom flooring and were very pleased. Based on our experience, we turned to them to replace our existing 1,000 square feet of laminate and tile downstairs flooring. The business is relatively small family owned and dealing with them feels that way - everyone was very helpful in helping us decide which type of flooring best met our needs. We did not price shop - based on reviews and our previous experience, we chose what we felt was the best option for our work. On the negative side, the installation queue was 8 weeks out - not a problem for us but might be an issue if you had to have it done tomorrow. The installation took 4 days and they were able to float the flooring material over our existing floor with no transition required - even though we used a different pattern in our kitchen area. The installers (John/Kevin) were extremely polite, moved all of our furniture, worked around our PC so it did not need to be disconnected, and were extremely tidy. We are quite pleased with the flooring and our dealings with Koeber's. Shopping around might get you a better price but our chief criterion was quality and dependability - and we were not disappointed."

"Jennifer, Kristina and the entire team are amazing - a first class act. It's really true - once you start with one area you just want to keep going. I've worked with Team Nifelle on two different projects - one being a complete remodel of a second home and then redoing and freshening up areas in a home we built 18 years ago. Her office staff and designers on her team are top notch. I can say that I look forward to each time a meeting is scheduled - lots of creative energy flows. And results are fantastic. Jennifer and Kristina have patiently worked with me through lots of questions and many doubts - and it has all turned out beautifully. You can trust Jennifer and her team for the very best of it all."

"The Pro: Carpet was removed, pad and new carpet installed for our entire upstairs in less than two days. The Negative: There are multiple seams in our hallway that were not there when the previous carpet was installed and two stand out, and when reaching out to the owner, he immediately told us why it had to be that way and that there is nothing wrong with what had been done. Two of his installers were the ones laying the carpet and he only came by for the bid. He said that he had us order less carpet to save on waste this way. We have a LOT of extra carpet which would have been able to be utilized on the entire hall so this did not seem accurate. He told us the he would come out and look but if he did and didn't find an issue that he would charge a trip fee, and he then told us why we would be wrong and be charged. Later that day we also found a hole in the stairway with some torn sheet rock. When texting him about this his response was "it wasn't us". Who else was there at that level working on carpet I ask? Yes, he cashed the check and hasn't responded when we told him that it was them. Unless you just want a quick installation with seams in places you wouldn't expect, and no positive follow up, we would not recommend working with Pannell Floors. Updated: The owner, Dave, has responded multiple times and that we have chosen not to engage any further. We understand that the hole may be an issue from the past, but not the tear in the sheetrock. We have reached out and had an independent inspection completed, and will be having our hallway carpet reinstalled with less seams in the near future. We recommend that whenever you work with a contractor, that you ask about where seams are going to be placed, and if they will show, as the fact that every time I walk down my hallway and see 3 seems in less than 20 feet, I question the logic and need for this. We would NEVER want to sabotage a contractor's business. As stated before, if you want a quick installation, go with Pannell. Much of the work is quality as well. The seams and customer relations at the completion are the reason for this review, not the quality. A few of his comments: "why your so dead set against me I can only guess, but it's apparent you had this in mind prior to our install as we were nothing but courteous, on time, and professional" "Please get inspection so you can stop trying to ruin our livelihood and reverse your false review.""

"They did a beautiful job. Rescheduled a few days before they began, but they finished the job on the new schedule. I do not know if the price they offered is competitive, since I did not seek other bids. I purchased the Marmoleum separately."

"Installer was on time and did a great job. We were told it would take two days but the job was completed in one day. The project also involved moving our furniture during the install."

"Nicholas Carpet Care saved the day again! Our beagle stay with a pup sitter who must have fed her too many treats! Woke up to messes in THREE different rooms. Called Nicholas Carpet Care and they were able to fit me into their schedule within the week. Don cleaned up the messes and was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this fabulous company!"
