All points of contact were outstanding starting with initial phone call and giving and estimate of time of arrival as well as 15 minute warning call that Johnny was arriving. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, and presented numerous options for fixing or replacing the 10 year old heater. When I opted to replace it he was able to get it delivered right to the house while he was draining and disconnecting the old heater. Start to finish was about 3 hours.
