This involved cutting through the old inside wood 2nd layer roof to get to the hidden electrical wires where he put a junction box and new wiring for the fan and light kit. He stayed longer than necessary and completed the job that night after working all day. He is a consummate professional and I will hire him again. through"

This was a complex generator installation of a 22KW Generac generator. We had a 400 amp meter main that required two transfer switches and Five SMM devices. I requested that this be a turnkey project including all aspects of the job. Roland spent significant time doing the electrical design and calculations, he took responsibility for getting the required permits from the City of Lincoln, and approvals from our HOA. He exhibited skills in addition to electrical work including moving irrigation lines, making gas connections, concrete removal and reinstall, and stucco patching.
