"This company did a first class job solving a basement foundation water infiltration problem in our commercial office building in Upper Bucks County, PA. A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The work required excavating a small portion of the foundation on the exterior and filling a crack in the foundation wall down to the footers. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job in a single day as predicted. "We contacted Joe in May regarding a patio that we wanted installed as well as drainage problems we have in our yard (the low point of our property was right near the foundation in the corner of the house). He quickly responded and set up a meeting to discuss our problems and look at the yard. When he came for the estimate he answered all of our questions and described in detail what work would be done. We found the price to be comparable or cheaper than other estimates we received.
