Once the insurance company approved the extensive repairs, Your Elevator Service did order parts and send a very reliable repairman, Jared, out to tackle this big job. They service a 4 or 5 state area, so scheduling is a bit complicated. Thanks to the schedulers and Jared. I am very happy with the repair. Happy the normally scheduled maintenance found the damage to get the ball rolling! I do suggest that a very high-powered surge protector is needed in any area prone to lightning or power surges. The chair itself, a curved unit by Stannah in the Mountains, has paid for itself in being able to keep my loved one at home instead of a nursing home."
