"The plumber has worked in plumbing for 17 years and he definitely knows what he is doing. Very friendly, knowledgeable company. I give White River Plumbing my highest recommendation."

"Needed an estimate for replacing my sewer line. $400+ later, and I still had no estimate. Another company came out the next day and was able to offer solutions (and the information given was different than what I was told from Service Plus) and did so free of charge."

"Ivan was terrific. He had to access our main sewer line by pulling up our toilet due to us not having an outside cleanout. Within 90 minutes we went from having completely backed up drains to everything being back in running order. He was extremely professional and will definitely be our go-to plumber from now on."

"Ed and his crew came out to figure out where my problem was with my sewer line. They had to dig up the sewer line to find out why it was backing up. Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. They cut out the bad part of the pipe and replaced it with new. It's running like a champ! Ed also did a great job of taking pictures for me to have to be able to show ATand T if tey had any questions.

"It went well. I agreed to pay the $250 even though I thought it was high. Found out later than MANY companies will clear out drains for much less. Even less than $100. My negative review is based on the extremely high price I paid for a simple drain cleaning. I still like the service tech that came out."

"I recently had a plumbing issue and reached out to Advanced Plumbing for help. Their team was incredibly professional, prompt, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I found them on their website at getadvancedplumbing.com. Called and talked directly with the owner and they had someone at my place that same day. Thank you for the excellent service!"

"I was notified as they departed for our house and I instructed where the tank was located. This was great for me as I was running other errands before they arrived.  When I got home the operator was wrapping up.  We have a small tank by today's standards so it didn't take very long to pump.
The operator was very courteous and diligent in regards to cleaning up any spillage that is common in this process.  No worries.
This was the second time we've used them and they'll be on our list for years to come.
Ironically, one of my errand stops has used Max's for over 30 years and had recently had service performed at their house by the same driver that was heading to my residence.  That was an unexpected boost that we had chosen correctly!

"The service technician confirmed there were no blockages with this bore scope. He gave us a price for Hydro-Jetting the sewer line. We decided to wait until summer."

"My mother-in-law contacted this company to fix a leaking gas line in her home. Plumber (Bryce) came out in a timely manner and checked on the status of their lines. After finding 11 leaks near fittings it was recommended to replace the old gas line. At this point, everything seemed good and then came the quote. This company wanted roughly $3800 to replace by their estimate; 50ft of line from the meter through a drop-down ceiling with easy access to two appliances. Making the job cost a whopping $75 afoot! At this point, I got involved as it was clear they were taking advantage of her given the time of year (New Years) and the cold temperature. Having worked in construction for many years, I asked Bryce why this relatively simple job was going to cost so much. After some back and forth he became defensive and hung up on me. I advised my mother-in-law to pay for the work they had done and never talk to this company again. She made an appointment with another more reputable company and they quoted her $980 ($20 an ft) to do the same work! Now tell me where the $2800+ difference comes in besides this company seeking to take advantage of women in a bad situation. It is practices like this that give this industry a bad name and I would be ashamed to be associated with this company in any way. Always get second opinions on work and watch out for companies like this they prey on peoples trust. UPDATE: Was contacted by the company manager, they apologized for what happened and stated that the above tech had been let go due to past transgressions of a similar nature. Additionally they waived the service fee she had been charged for that techs works. I appreciate the manager taking the time to try and make this right and reaching out to her. Updated rating based on these actions. "My realtor, the woman who is helping my sell my house, recommended Kevin Petree as an excellent plumber and recommended that he be called for an estimate in connection with my perceived plumbing problem. I did in fact call him and he and his brother arrived prepared for anything; it appears that only a few minor adjustments were required."
