"They were punctual and each crew took care in their job. There were 3 crews: roof, trim & gutters. Full roof replacement with underlayment replaced, 2 new skylights, new trim, fascia, soffit and gutters. Each crew cleaned up nicely and the roof crew used a magnetic tool to collect any stray nails on the ground. Total time 3 days. Prior to install they were great communicators, called to confirm every appointment. And best is if you call them with a question you get a person! Not just a person but a considerate person. Only had the roof a few days now, but today was the first heavy rainfall and guess what? No leaks! Highly recommend them for a roof replacement. They were more costly than others we interviewed, BUT they had better products, offered more for air flow and overall had the best presentation and left the best printed brochures. Again, highly recommend. If there are any future leaks I'll update this but today was a good test. I'm no longer fearful for any sorts to come."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! "Evaluated two companies to do the work. Obtained names of these firms from Angie's List.  Both ' A Cheaper Chimney Sweeper' and the other firm came to my home to evaluate situation and quoted a price to stop the leaking.  Though the other firm seemed a little more polished felt more comfortable with Lee, the owner.
Work began promptly on the day we agreed upon (March 2014). Lee accompanied the two fellows that did the work. Kevin and Al.  Kevin being the lead person.  Nice guy.
Unfortunately, despite a valiant effort in digging down around the outside basement wall (in muddy conditions) the basement continued to leak.  My recollection was that Lee and Kevin said it wouldn't and if it did, call them.
I did and Lee & Kevin returned to inspect the situation.  A new date was established (Sept. 2014).  Kevin returned, we agreed upon a little more money to make it right'.  Once again, a valiant effort by both Kevin and his assistant, Al.  This time I even permitted them to remove a shrub near the porch so they could really have access to the exterior basement wall. Unfortunately, the basement leak continued.  We attempted to establish a 'return' date.  Kevin kept making dates to return but was never able to keep the appointments.  Later he and I managed to connect on the phone and he expressed his sincere desire to stop the leak for me.  
Finally, had a 'text message' conversation with Kevin (think it was a text message).  In that conversation Kevin indicated it was beginning to get cold out and the tar they use would work better if we waited until the warmer weather (Spring '15).  Sure hope I hear from them soon!  The spring thaw is about to begin and I'm getting really concerned as I know this is when the leaking begins!  They really seem like honorable guys; it's just that the problem still isn't fixed.  Once it is I'll be happy to revise my 'Ratings' of   'A Cheaper Chimney Sweeper'.  Was hard to do at this time as I feel as though 'I'm in limbo.'

"As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and had many questions regarding the biggest purchase of my life. Tim was the inspector and as he set everything up, he explained what he was going to be doing first. The outside, the inside, then the basement. At each stage of the inspection, he would point things out, explain what should be done, how to do it, then took a picture for the report. He answered all questions, had a wonderful sense of humor, walked me through step-by-step what I was seeing, In the end, I decided to back out of the deal based on his reports and I was EXTREMELY relieved that I did. Wonderful home, but just too many potentials for a disaster down the road. The homeowner was also there and was shocked by his report. Her inspector merely told her things were old but they still worked so don't worry about it. Hiring Weatherstone Inspection is worth EVERY PENNY! I will hire them again and I would definitely recommend to anyone."

When it rained, it leaked and caused damage to my family room ceiling- a definite mark against All Weather Seal, BUT, I must say that I have never seen a company stand behind its work like they did. They immediately sent in a crew that tore out the damaged area, re-drywalled it, then repainted the entire Family/dining Room area, and of course fixed the faulty roof panel.

"We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. We loved the idea of hiring a local business that uses their own crews. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business."
