"Recently purchased home. Discovered water leak from half bath toilet and full bath toilet. Thomas diagnosed both leaks. Appearance that leaks may have been long term. He looked at both toilets and also noted they were in possible need of repair or replacement. Talked through possible options and gave advice (repair or replace toilets, what to do about floor boards). Thomas was up front with all costs and work needed. Nothing was done until final decision was made. We ended up just making sure the leaking was stopped. After he was finished, I also asked Thomas to take a look at the sump pump.
