We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. "I contacted Pete at the Fence Doctors Repair company on a Saturday morning regarding damage to our wood picket fence.  A utility truck had backed into our driveway, destroying a section of our fence that allowed for our dogs to run loose.  Pete not only acknowledged our issue immediately, he actually came out that same afternoon and did the repairs!  The fence is literally brand new, all painted and secure for our dogs. 
We cannot recommend Pete highly enough.   He is incredibly responsive, he provides excellent service and high quality work, and is just a genuine, great guy to work with.    We will have Pete come back in a month and take care of some additional repairs and painting for our pergola, deck and rear privacy fence.   Pete also had a great suggestion to apply some light gray stain to a cedar wall feature built by our landscaper which was not weathering evenly.  This will not only add beauty to this feature but will help treat the wood.

"My experience with Brandon and Design-a-Deck was wonderful and I highly recommend this company. Brandon provided a thorough, objective explanation of the options without any sales pressure. He has been very responsive to all of my questions and his team did a good job and provided a quick installation. Several months after the installation, I noticed that the siding between the deck and the door had become rippled so I emailed Brandon. As a man of integrity, he came out and installed a piece of composite material in place of the rippled siding. Many other companies would not stand behind their work in this way and I was impressed that he fixed this issue several months after he had been paid. Overall, the price was fair and the experience was exception. Great job!"
