They let the pool completely fill up and then said they would have to drain it to fix the areas which were not done similar to what our pool had before they resurfaced it. Their attention to detail is lacking. They were also suppose to put the start up chemicals in the pool. They dumped chemicals in but when a sample was taken for analysis, they were not according to what they stated in written correspondence they should be at. I have had to make multiple trips to Pinch a Penny getting my water analyzed just to get it their written instructions."
