They added on 750 ft.² the back of my house, adding a room and opening up my kitchen on top of that they built it, beautiful porch along the backside of the house. "Very detailed. Had a difficult cracked ceiling to repair. Pulled a section of plasterboard down, reinforced the joists , replaced, skimmed and painted. This was a lot of â wetâ work so he had to come back a number of times to apply the next layer. Shielded the rest of the house from the dust as much as he could and cleaned up after himself continuously. Did the best job that was possible. Time will tell if this will not crack again, but he did all that he could. The work ended up costing about $65/hr. Ace Handyman Services were quoting $100/hr on another job I was going to get done, which is exorbitant. Hire Gilligan if you can, he will do good work for you at a better price. One negative: he expressed interest in another job I had, but repeatedly delayed giving me a quote or telling me outright he didnâ t want to do it. I asked a number of times if he wanted to do it. He would always answer â yesâ but never came through with the quote. Quite disappointed. He fobbed me off in the end. Lost me three weeks waiting for a response from him. Nothing in the end. ."

They presented a put together estimate from the program that they utilize to reduce any confusion or miscommunication. They were prompt and easy to work with, no “no shows” or botchy work.
