"The project we hired Adam's company for was a kitchen renovation and extensive flooring throughout the main part of my house. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the results. Every member of his team was hard working and professional. Adam was extremely responsive to any concerns along the way and he was very meticulous in trying to work within our budget. I will reach out to Adam in the future for other projects we have planned."

"remodeled my wall way bathroom shower. Bill is very polite gentleman, answered all my questions and concerns with honesty. His crew and project manager Jeff kept us up to date with timeline, were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves after each project, and always made sure I was included every step of the way. I plan on hiring Terrell developed for my next project. Would highly recommend Bill for any home remodeling projects."

"I hired Bobby and his team to do an addition to my house. They added on 750 ft.² the back of my house, adding a room and opening up my kitchen on top of that they built it, beautiful porch along the backside of the house. They are very professional and Work well with their clients to achieve the vision that we went in front of them. Bobby came up with ideas to help move the project along and make it everything you can hope for and more. I have recommended them to numerous family members and friends and would have them do more work for me in the future."

Customers say: Quality work

"Neil is extremely professional, competent, and thorough. He installed a floating wall unit in our Master. Some electrical and wall repair in addition to a complicated assembly of the unit was required. He showed up on time, finished as promised and was meticulous, cleaning up and removing all debris. Reasonable quote and even followed up to make sure the cable company had no problems with the TV hook up he provided. We are very impressed with his work ethic and will hire him in the future as well as recommend him to our friends."

"I am truly Happy with this contracting company. They were professional and reasonable with their pricing. They presented a put together estimate from the program that they utilize to reduce any confusion or miscommunication. They were prompt and easy to work with, no “no shows” or botchy work. They might be pricier than other contractors but it was well worth it to get the job done right away and get it done right. I highly recommend them and will be using them for my next project."

FAQs for addition to existing structure building service projects in Oro Valley, AZ

You can typically raise your roof by four to eight feet, depending on your home's structure and roof design. The exact amount depends on factors like roof slope and framing support. Raising the roof creates additional interior space, enhances natural light, and increases your home's value. Consult a professional to determine the feasible height increase for your home.

Yes, you need a building permit to raise your roof. Obtaining a building permit ensures your project complies with local building codes and safety regulations. A professional contractor can assist with the permit and inspection process and ensure all legal and safety requirements are met. Your contractor will be familiar with building codes in your area, which can differ between cities or states.

While it's possible to raise a flat roof, it requires extensive structural modifications. Flat roofs lack the attic space and support structures of pitched roofs, so raising them involves significant engineering to ensure safety and durability. This process can be complex and costly, so professional assessment is essential before undertaking a project of this magnitude.
