Our initial contact was with Vicki who set up our meeting and was so helpful in answering our questions throughout the process. Cristian, our design consultant listened to our vision and also gave us great suggestions as well as samples to choose from. Alex, the site manager and his assistant Mark did the demolition on day one. The next several days the install began with Joel overseeing and installing with Jason the new floor, walk-in shower and vanity top. Prior to the install Alex customized the vanity to fit into our space. We weren't expecting such detail work and customization to be done. Joel and Jason added some other detail work as well. Not only were we impressed with the contact we had with everyone prior to, during and after the completion, we were so pleased with how our bathroom turned out. "Plumber knew right where to explore for leak; made only a modest cut into wall; found problem and replaced galvanized steel hose bib with a copper one. Then, in a preventative move replaced two other similar outside spigots."

"Sal and his son Joe were very conscientious in the way they performed their work. The main issue was replacing a water heater and this was done very well. They also did some faucet and supply line cutoff replacements and one did turn out to be difficult and required rework. They did this with no complaint and got it corrected quickly. They explained things accurately and let us know what will happen each step of the way before it happened."

One important note. There was no pressure sales or up selling. I wanted a particular brand for water heater and they supplied without any issues.
