"Schick Sprinkling Systems was an initial random call using Angie's List. When I spoke with the Company representative and gave her my address, we were both surprised that Shick was the company that had installed and serviced the sprinkler system for the prior owner many years before. <br /> <p>    Schick coordinated a convenient time for a rep to come to my home. They explained that there would be a service charge for the call whether or not their services were used. </p> <p>    The initial Schick representative was punctual but could not test the system because of the water line to the outside pipe was not proper and water was leaking - and therefore there was no pressure to the sprinkler system required for testing. The rep said they could fix it or I could and that they would come back to do the test. No payments were made at that time.</p> <p>    After I repaired the the outgoing pipe, Shick re-attended and tested everything and provided me with a quote on the spot. Their quote was reasonable and they had all the items necessary (in their service truck) to complete the repairs and reset the system. Their rep Jeremy explained how my system should be set up and what to do if there were any power outages and such. </p> <p>     Jeremy also called back the next week to ensure that everything was working properly - and it was.</p> <p>     Schick's head office also called to make sure I was happy with their service - and I was.</p> <br />"

"We have used Natural Way for several years. We have been overall disappointed, especially the last two years. Our lawn continues to grow more weeds as well as the different, harmful grass varieties have taken root in our lawn and are spreading. They seem to push more and more services, rather than advise exactly what we can do to improve the lawn and landscaping. They used to have a certified arborist on staff, but I'm not sure that is the case any longer. To be fair, I have not expressed my disappointment lately, but when I do, I will update my review."
