The work was completed in 2 day. All furniture was moved out and back without damage. The old flooring was removed and taken off the property. "Just want to take a moment to recognize Four Seasons Hardwood Floors. I've had my hardwood floors refinished two times now. (The first time was absolutely terrible from every aspect including overall quality of work, consistency, cleanliness etc.) this time around I hired Four Seasons and it was the best decision I've made. We met on Sunday night and agreed to hire them for the job. New floors were delivered and they began working Tuesday. In all, the job took 6 days to complete (new floor install in two rooms, sanding, staining, finishing, shoe molding) The workers covered everything (even wrapped my light fixtures) they showed up to work early every day and worked full days until the job was complete. They were very kind and thorough. They installed new wood in my dining room and library and laced it in perfectly. They sanded my whole first floor and stained it a beautiful classic gray followed by two coats of polyurethane. The new wood floors look original and match the rest of my house. I highly recommend this company."

"Not a good job!. Poor communication with condescending conversations, dumpster/old floor disposal not included in quote (unknown to me until after deposit was given), gaps/holes not filled, floor color not even, sealer not applied in same number of coats or not evenly, pushed fridge over uneven floor color to cover (wouldn't have known if I didn't move it closer to the wall), hall floor left with 3 color differences (told to let it age), pushed off coming back to fix issues 2 weeks at a time causing a 1 week project to take 2 months. I had to buy sealer to attempt fixing multi color hallway floor. Did the best I could but it's still not right (just not glaringly obvious). Stair nose cut on angle to let pantry door open - raw cut and not finished. Had to ask him to replace with stair edging. He said work left for me was work his contractors finished for him on other jobs. I'm not a contractor or DIY person causing high stress levels over 2 months. If you can finish the job, you're ok."

"Workers were here 'sort of' on time. Job took a day or two longer than expected. New shower looks great. Shower floor is an issue. The floor is not solid, and takes some getting used to. Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but the floor needs to be addressed along with a chip in the floor ceramic tile, caused by workers."

"Our primary living room has this obvious seam running down the middle of the room. The carpet installers told us when they looked at the room, that they locate the seam to be close to one of the walls. Instead they put it where everyone is sure to see it. Not a good look. But that's not why I rated them poorly. I have a photographing table in my basement. The installers moved it and moved it back, and broke off two of my light holders in the process. Ugh! This hardware is no longer made and now I have to hunt down replacement hardware that will cost me at least $500."
