"Raise Right did a great job raising our slab. Not only did Mike come out on the day he was scheduled and completed the work on that day, but he and Shania at the office bent over backwards to work with some of our special financing needs. Excellent customer service that went above and beyond. Would highly recommend them."

"I had Christian lift some concrete on my back patio to save my downstairs ac unit from shorting out from puddles forming from the heavy rains. They were able to complete job without moving or Uninstalling the ac unit. Kudos to Jason for putting up with me while he explained the process after other household issues were brewing after a bad storm. Thanks for saving my AC unit. Front edge of unit is not underwater after rain now."

"These guys know what they are doing. Foundation problems are incredibly alarming because of what could be. Nolan and his crew are experts in their field. The actual individuals doing the job work full time for the company. They were quick, professional, and helpful. The guys that completed the actual job didn't mind all my questions and knew the answers. Comparatively, the price was a a few hundred more than some of the other quotes; however, this one felt worth the extra. It's been just a few weeks since the job was completed so only time will tell the final results, but I feel very confident with AccuLevel."

"Thrasher did a good job on the basement foundation and installation of new sump pump. A little pricey. Workers were prompt, courteous and cleaned up when done."

"They were on time and did the job pretty quickly. After an hour that they finished the work, it rained. Until now, it's still raining so I can't say much about the quality yet. Their work was under warranty so I'll just call them if needed."

•        Frank's team at Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement identified that my cracked basement wall and fireplace foundation had settled 1 1/2" along one side of my home, and needed 12 piers installed to lift and stabilize the foundation to prevent further cracking.    Frank provided a competitive estimate for pier jacking, based on other pier jacking I had had done on a front porch and laundry room slab, but he used a far more sophisticated technology than the other company I had used in the past.
•        They first removed a 560 sq foot cedar deck, then excavated with a Bobcat down to the base of the foundation wall.   The gentleman running the excavator operated with surgical precision, leaving a clean wall and trench for the next phase.   They preserved the shrubs I wanted saved, and the only ancillary damage was a pinched gas line for my bbq, which Frank had repaired immediately after the job was completed.   My wife was impressed that they salvaged the deck boards and reused them for roof joists on another project, and salvaged the old bricks from an underlying brick patio and provided them to another who needed a patio but could not afford bricks.
•       The pier jacking involved driving 12 heavy steel pipes down to the solid subground (not down to bedrock) using a hydraulic press, then using those same presses and hydraulic rams to lift the foundation of the home 1 1/2 inches when all of the pipes were in place.  They then bolted and welded the pipes to the lifting flanges, making the lift permanent, and cut off the excess pipe.  The team brought in a Bobcat front loader to backfill the excavation after putting a waterproof sealant on the outside of the exposed basement wall, again operating it with surgical precision.
•       Through the entire process, Frank and his team communicated what they were doing, and met the schedule that they had proposed.   The site was left very clean, with all of the debris removed and the area of the lawn that was covered with excavated debris was scraped clean and ready for reseeding.
•       Frank was very responsive to my questions throughout the process, and left me with no surprises.   I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement for any foundation work needed.

"Highly recommend! Guardian Foundation LLC is a professional company, with a professional workforce. The work crews are knowledgeable, courteous, and answer any questions completely. The job was completed exactly the way it was bid. There were no hidden fees, add-ons or extras that were not in the bid. The company came sooner than expected. Their workspace was cleaned each night. Our project included a trench drain in the basement with a sump pump and dehumidifier, installation of 8 steel beams and jacks, and burying a gutter system to divert the flow of water away from our house. Overall, the work crew was good natured, pleasant, and just really enjoyed making our hosue more stable."

"They did a great job. Very professional. I will definitely use their services again."

"Christian responded quickly to my request to him to look at my job and provide an estimate. He then completed the job very quickly the following day and did an outstanding professional job."
