"Our home was damaged by some spring storms and our insurance company said we were entitled to a new roof and siding. This can be a daunting task, who do you call? I saw Green Valley Roofing Siding & Windows online and I decided to email them about bids. From the very beginning I could tell customer service was a high priority for Green Valley. Maria answered my email the same afternoon and we got the ball rolling. We set an appointment and Scott came out and helped us through the process of picking shingles and siding. He didn’t rush us and answered any questions we had in a friendly and informed manner. We received the bids and got the roof scheduled. So far, so good! The roofing crew came out and did an excellent job and kept things cleaned up at the end of the day! Having a roof done can be intrusive, but they made it as painless as possible! Next we moved on to the siding, they kept things moving right along and it was barely intrusive for a major construction project. Both of the crews were friendly and any time we had questions they were more than willing to talk to us. Any other concerns or questions we had were taken care of by Maria or Scott and they would answer very quickly! My wife and I felt like they took care of us just as if we were members of their family, a very rare attitude in 2023! We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish everyone working for Green Valley was top notch! The new roof and siding looks awesome! "I don't even know how I was so lucky to find Brian, but I'm glad I did. I had a few repairs to the roof and knew I needed my gutters cleaned and Brian came right out and did it. He was so communicative and clear about how much the service would cost. He helpfully spotted other issues and things I could do preemptively to keep my gutters clean (installing filters) and explained what he could do and priced it out for me. "The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"A tree branch fell on an outbuilding knocking off a wood burning stove chimney and damaging the cedar shake roof.  Mike was able to come out the next morning after I called to assess the damage.  He promised to be back that afternoon to start the repairs and he kept that promise.  This impressed me a great deal as it was a 30 minute drive each way.  He patiently explained what they were doing each step of the repairs.  At one point he ran into some unforseen difficulty which ended up causing the repairs to take much longer than expected, but at no point did he consider any shortcuts.  He insisted on doing only the best work even though this was only an outbuilding and no one would be looking at it.  It was getting late in the day, but Mike insisted on completing the work as the weather forecast called for rain the next day. The repairs ended up taking up to sunset, but the forecast was correct as the next day it rained a lot.  Mike called me that day to make sure that there wasn't any leaks.  Agape is a great company They perform only excellent work and they stand by their work.  I wholeheartedly recommend them for any roofing needs..
