"This work was done quickly and professionally. I wish I had used Green Valley on other door, siding or roof repairs in the past. David was outstanding."

"I don't even know how I was so lucky to find Brian, but I'm glad I did. I had a few repairs to the roof and knew I needed my gutters cleaned and Brian came right out and did it. He was so communicative and clear about how much the service would cost. He helpfully spotted other issues and things I could do preemptively to keep my gutters clean (installing filters) and explained what he could do and priced it out for me. I never had to wonder what was going on - Brian would text or call and explain what was happening and what to expect. He was so wonderful. My brother was so impressed with Brian that he immediately hired him as well - I would recommend Encore Pro and Brian to anyone who needed any kind of roof or gutter work. I will continue to go to Brian first for any of this kind of work."

"The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"The service was excellent. Trenton clearly explained the roof inspection process, findings and recommendations. He also went above and beyond to fix another issue that is not related to the roof. No pushy sales pitch and show exactly what is needed or not. Overall excellent five-star service"

"These guys are awesome! They came out, inspected the roof, gave us a quote and once we gave them the green light they were there to start the work the next day. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work they did and their prices were more reasonable than the competition who also wanted us to wait an entire month to come out and start the work. I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof work done!"

"A tree branch fell on an outbuilding knocking off a wood burning stove chimney and damaging the cedar shake roof.  Mike was able to come out the next morning after I called to assess the damage.  He promised to be back that afternoon to start the repairs and he kept that promise.  This impressed me a great deal as it was a 30 minute drive each way.  He patiently explained what they were doing each step of the repairs.  At one point he ran into some unforseen difficulty which ended up causing the repairs to take much longer than expected, but at no point did he consider any shortcuts.  He insisted on doing only the best work even though this was only an outbuilding and no one would be looking at it.  It was getting late in the day, but Mike insisted on completing the work as the weather forecast called for rain the next day. The repairs ended up taking up to sunset, but the forecast was correct as the next day it rained a lot.  Mike called me that day to make sure that there wasn't any leaks.  Agape is a great company They perform only excellent work and they stand by their work.  I wholeheartedly recommend them for any roofing needs..
