He installed the sensors on all windows and doors as we requested or he recommended. When finished he took his time to explain the operation of the system and the remotes.

After I signed up with Protect America and received the equipment and installed it, I finally had the peace of mind I needed as a mom of two teens that stay home for 3 hours before I get home. I get a text on my cellphone when they get home and I know if it is my son or my daughter who entered the code (they each have their own). That is AWESOME, and if the kids forget to set the alarm I can do it from work on my cellphone app. I don't understand the complaints about the equipment, every single piece of equipment I received did what it's supposed to.
