They introduced themselves and then they walked around the yard with me. There were lawn companies we have used before but with McCall, we get the same person who comes out and treats our lawn. We know who that person is and so there is some accountability. Some of the other companies I have used send different persons and they don't go to my backyard and I always had problems.
