"This plumbing operation is trustworthy and efficient from the getgo to the invoice. Hurricane Milton destroyed our outdoor shower enclosure. It smashed the plumbing fixtures. I called Richard's Plumbing and Barbara set up a service call right away. Ericson texted before his arrival and he was courteous and professional from the time he arrived to the time he departed. First he gave me a reasonable estimate. I OKed it. He had all the plumbing parts in the truck. The work was done to perfection and cleaned up. The final cost came in low on the estimate range. "The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
