Everything was good except their office staff was somewhat difficult to deal with and there were long shipping delays because they only get deliveries on Fridays. That said, the technician that installed the equipment was great and the equipment is currently working fine. They did provide an extra remote for all the delays we experienced and we are grateful.

They texted me to let me know who would be coming by and when. By noon, they helped me get the door open so that I can get my car out of the garage and by 4 pm my door was as good as new. "One spring was broken. Suggestion was to replace both springs for additional $95 and they would qualify for a 10 year warranty. OK'd work to be performed. Time will tell if decision was a good one. Garage door is working well. Would have been rated excellent in professionalism had he not left old springs and rollers for me to get rid of.
