Wes did the siding/gutters on our house a couple of years ago through another company and did a fantastic job.  We had some winter damage that needed repairs and looked up Wes' information .  He did a great job in 2012 and continues to carry on with his high quality of work and work ethics.  He immediately handled all repairs and did not even charge us!

"The powerwash was done a couple weeks after the purchase, since then they have cancelled the stain application 3 times due to weather, 2 of which were perfectly sunny, warm days. It is not too late in Michigan to perform this work. On a side note, I have had multiple instances now with them using the Angie's List message system where it appeared as if my messages were going unanswered. Then I would get multiple responses from them at once, each one appearing to answer my prior unanswered question. They are blaming that on delays in the Angie's List message system, claiming they DID answer my questions but the message to me was delayed for some reason. I don't know if that is true or not. If it is true it will drastically change how I review them."

From my initial call for a quote to project completion he was available to answer questions and concerns from color selection, dumpster placement and a tricky gutter drainage problem. The Element crew was extremely hard working and courteous, arriving on time and working late when necessary. The quoted price only changed due to numerous wood panels that needed replacement which could not be detected until the original shingles were removed. I was fully informed in the quote of this potential increase, so no surprises there. Cleanup was exceptional as the crew combed shrubbery for debris and used magnetic rakes to find stray nails even in the near lawn edges. "The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.

"Matt was great. Came to our home quickly for a look at our job and estimate. Received the estimate quickly. As with any good contractor, we waited our turn in line for the job to be done, but that gave us more than enough time to choose our materials. He painted a bonus room, removed a kitchen tile backsplash and installed a new one along with our laundry room. He removed a fiberglass shower surround in one bathroom, and replaced with a bigger tile shower. Replaced all bathroom fixtures. The next bathroom, he removed a massive jet tub, replaced with a soaker tub, removed ugly tile and replaced with our choice. He also replaced all bathroom fixtures.
