"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "It went very well. The owner came out, explained everything in detail. He was not pushy, explained his product and left the decision to us. He was very good about answering questions. He knew his product and knew what we needed. When he came out he already he knew what we could use for our condo. He was very honest about how long we would want to stay there and what we could use or need. He was not pushing any product. He answered all questions we had and had other material in his truck he could show up. He was able to come out when we had time available. We mentioned a comment we had seen on Angies List and he addressed those concerns and explained why it would not be a problem for us. It was a very good experience dealing with him. They come out and measures the window, then they have the guy that is going to install them measure again and introduces themselves so you know who they will be. We had another quote that was slightly lower but the quality of the window is better. He is up front and let you know the windows are made to fit."

They were very professional, covered my flowers and landscaping before doing the job, went through the yard after with a magnet to do all the cleaning up of the left over parts and nails. They were very careful with the job overall and did an amazing job."
