I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"If someone has a well and they have a problem, they need to have Patchen Pump and Well Service's phone number, because they are responsive, they know just about anything about rural water. If you have your own well, they are an absolute must to have in your phone directory. I had a really good experience with them. Their diagnostic ability meant they were able to determine what my problem was. I had no water and didn't know why. They were able to troubleshoot the system, determine the problem, and then provided me with a whole series of options on how I could go about fixing the problem, which was a broken waterline. There are so few people who do what they do, they provide you a service that is hard to find at a reasonable price."

Took a while to get the invoice, but they were fairly easy to work with. The line backed up they came out again no charge, but when they realized what was going on made me aware of the issue and advised it voided their warranty. I can live with fairness. I ended up having to have a third call, they got it open explained in depth what was going on what my options were and offered camera service to verify. I can't do shady service and my advice is to call this company out to get the job done. If I have to spend the kind of money I did to get the service done I want results not excuses. Snake and Rooter gave results and will be my go to for now when I need rooter services."
